Power & Energy Kenya 2026 Exhibition Set for KICC Nairobi in July
The 13th Power & Energy Kenya International Trade Exhibition will be held at the KICC Nairobi from 29–31 July 2026, with official support from Kenya's Ministry of Energy and Petroleum.
The 13th edition of the Power & Energy Kenya International Trade Exhibition is set to take place from 29 to 31 July 2026 at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi, with official endorsement from Kenya's Ministry of Energy and Petroleum.
The exhibition is East Africa's leading platform for energy innovation, sustainable solutions, and international trade in the power sector. The Ministry's backing reflects Kenya's commitment to strengthening its energy infrastructure and fostering global partnerships that support the country's clean energy ambitions.
Power & Energy Kenya 2026 will bring together importers, wholesalers, consultants, manufacturers, and technology innovators from over 40 countries. Country pavilions from India, Korea, Turkey, and Egypt are among those expected to participate in this landmark event. Past editions have featured major industry players including Sungrow, Huawei, Davis & Shirtliff, and hundreds of regional and international exhibitors.
Concurrent with the energy exhibition, the Expogroup is also launching the Solar Africa Exhibition at the same venue, reflecting the exponential growth of solar PV in Kenya and across the continent. Africa's solar installations grew by 54 percent in 2025 according to the Global Solar Council, and Kenya is at the forefront of this continental shift.
Key focus areas at the exhibition will include solar PV systems, energy storage, wind energy, grid modernisation, electric vehicles (EVs), power electronics, and electrical installation technologies. The event is expected to generate significant business deals and partnerships that will shape Kenya's power sector for years to come.
Georan Solutions Limited, certified by the National Construction Authority (NCA7) as an Electrical Engineering Service Contractor, encourages all stakeholders in the electrical and energy sector to attend this important exhibition. As a youth-registered AGPO supplier and contractor, Georan is actively involved in Kenya's growing energy infrastructure landscape.
